"Visionaria born in San Miniato and after a long growth and national and international awards, it returns to our Circoscrizione with this XV edition of the Festival It is a glad return that stimulates the fantasy and tickles the  cultural vocations. It is a challenge that intrigues and the proposal of the outskirts of Siena that can become a centre and central not only respect to an event but central to the participated experiment of artistic expressions. Why not going beyond the event? Why not daring? This questions were posed when Visionaria has proposed San Miniato as location for the Short FilmFestival. We are tired to intend culture as an exclusive representation of itself, now we want and we want to learn to do. In this way is born the idea to make a lab of audiovisual ready to give experience, ready to leave evidence of the events that re being produced and ready, above all to teach, to offer spaces where to make experiments create culture and why not, professional skills. We will start gradually with our few tools and a lot of passion of who is counsellor at the circoscrizione, we will select the target thinking to the kids who attend the ludoteca to the young people of the “Centro Input” and to the students who fill up the University campus, we will involve them all in a common project, able to experiment also new ways of integration of the quarter and the students, We like to call this culture."
