The Circolo Arci Blue Train Club starti in Poggibonsi in 2001, and its aim is a to become an alternative meeting point. Blue train Club has offered a stage to a great number of local young bands: a unique space of its kind in the area. Since its birth up till now have been organized over 250 live music concerts, like Avion Travel up to the Cuban violinist Ruben Chaviano group and many others. In these last three years in collaboration with the municipality of Poggibonsi, Blue Train Club has organized and managed different events, amongst which the annual “Music Festival” and the exceptional day “Alla pari con la Musica”, where, thanks to ANFFAS,  group of disabled people have the opportunity to express themselves and to have a good time. Besides its natural music trend the Circolo has dedicated its efforts also to other activities such as informatics classes and labs in a way that Blue Train Clusb has become “Punto Paas” of the Regione Toscana, a project that sees the opening of an internet hall free for everybody. In 2006 was consolidated a collaboration that will  continue also next year with the Compagnia Teatrale Arca Azzurra in San Casciano Val di Pesa that has led to the building of a permanent theatre lab. In 2006 the Circolo has also proposed with a good success a class of basic English; experiment that will be repeated also with other languages. For the Blue Train Club, therefore, hosting a soirèe of Visionaria 2006 is not only proud but also a splendid opportunity to grow and make an eventual step ahead in the promotion of culture and in the creation of an alternative space of aggregation and socialization.
